Definations
"Client" refers to the person or entity using our services.

Qyubit Media Agency offers a range of services including but not limited to:
Digital Marketing
Web Design
Graphic Design
Strategic Marketing
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon completion of services and are due within 30 days.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services.
Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Qyubit Media Agency remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled by the client.
Liability
Qyubit Media Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
Changes to Terms
Qyubit Media Agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
